I've written before about an experience I had running one morning when a passerby asked me a question that thereafter I couldn't get out of my head. So I wrote a poem about it. The poem, "For the Man in the Red Jacket," was honorably mentioned in Mormon Artist's first (and so far only) contest issue. A couple years later, it was reprinted in Fire in the Pasture, and recently BYU Studies picked it up for volume 52.3. In lieu of that fact, I thought I'd revisit the poem. So here's me reading it.
Happy listening.
